Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between: Toonyug Audio, an India-based digital audio marketplace operating under the ownership of Harsh, located at Badarpur Border, New Delhi, India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), and You, the user, customer, or license purchaser (“User”, “You”, “Your”).

By accessing this website, creating an account, downloading, purchasing, or using any digital product from Toonyug Audio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

• Digital Downloads Only: All products sold on Toonyug Audio are digital files only (such as MP3, WAV). No physical items (CDs, DVDs, USB drives, etc.) are shipped.
• Instant Delivery: After successful payment, your download link is generated instantly and sent via On-screen download access and Registered email address.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for downloading files immediately and creating your own backups. Toonyug Audio does not guarantee permanent cloud storage.

Unless you hold a valid Owner License, the following actions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

• Resell: You cannot resell or redistribute the raw music file.
• Stock Music: You cannot upload the track as stock music on other marketplaces.
• Streaming: You cannot upload the standalone track to Spotify, Apple Music, or SoundCloud.
• Content ID: You strictly cannot register the track in YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, or any copyright detection system.
• AI Training: You cannot use the files to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.
• Claim Ownership: You cannot claim to be the original author or composer.

Hybrid Workflow: Some assets are created using a hybrid workflow of AI tools combined with human composition.

Copyright Status: Assets are provided “as available” without guarantee of future platform treatment regarding AI labeling. Toonyug Audio shall not be liable for future policy changes by platforms like YouTube or Meta.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST may apply.

Ownership Structure: Standard Licenses do not transfer ownership. All IP rights remain with Toonyug Audio.

Restrictions: Creator & Commercial License holders are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from registering our music in Content ID systems.

False Claim Resolution: If you receive a false claim, contact support@toonyug.com with your Order ID. We will whitelist your video manually.

• Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Toonyug Audio from claims arising from your misuse of the license.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for policy breaches.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the Laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
